US first lady and Slovenian ex-model Melania Trump has always been the center of attention due to her flawless beauty and sense of style.

The first lady prioritizes nutrition and simplicity in her everyday diet. She starts her day with a nutrient-rich smoothie consisting of spinach, carrots, blueberries, apple juice, and fat-free yogurt. She also eats seven pieces of fresh fruit each day, with peaches and apples being her favorites.

Even though Melania eats a balanced diet, she occasionally treats herself to treats like ice cream and dark chocolate, as long as she is careful about portion control.

She typically eats meat and veggies for dinner and various salads for lunch. Melanie stays hydrated by drinking a lot of water and avoids overindulging in foods that are heavy in fat or calories.

Melania works out at home every day, generally in the morning, to stay in shape.

She once mentioned that she especially enjoys the chicken parmesan at Jean-Georges, a fancy restaurant in the Trump International Hotel, when she eats out in New York.

Melania described that she prefers to refresh herself in the morning by using some tonic on-one with vitamin C and followed by an oxygen cream with vitamins A, C, and E. She finds that crucial for maintaining the moisture content of her skin all day long.

"I nurture my skin at night and I never go to sleep before washing my makeup off," she said, highlighting the significance of her nightly regimen.

Melania disclosed that she took good care of her complexion during her teenage years by avoiding excessive sun exposure and applying moisturizer consistently.

The First Lady even revealed that she likes to have a spa at home with services like massages, manicures, and pedicures.
