Dhaka Metro Rail service, which remained suspended for an hour due to a technical glitch, resumed on Sunday afternoon, said the metro rail authority.
Public Relations Officer and deputy project director of Metro Rail, Nazmul Islam Bhuiya said that the Uttara to Motijheel route was suspended suddenly at Sunday around 2:45 pm due to a low power supply in the overhead catenary system.
However, the authorities concerned managed to resume the metro rail service around 4:10 pm after a repair work.
Passengers of metro rail had to suffer due to the disruption of the metro rail service.
