The Health Ministry has instructed all hospitals to provide free medical treatment to those injured in the Uttara’s Milestone College plane crash, which claimed multiple lives and left scores critically injured.
In a statement, the Ministry of Health said the government will ensure treatment for all patients injured in Monday’s tragic plane crash at the Milestone School campus in Uttara, reported UNB.
The ministry instructed that all private hospitals treat the injured free of cost.
“If any hospital is unable to provide the necessary care, they have been advised to immediately transfer patients to the National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery or Dhaka Medical College Hospital,” said the ministry.
This directive was issued following instructions from the Health Adviser.
