Fifteen more people have succumbed to dengue in the last 24 hours till Thursday morning, bringing the death toll to 1,370 this year.
During the period, 1,728 dengue patients were hospitalised across the country," the DGHS daily statement added.
A total of 6,270 dengue patients, including 1,762 in the capital, are now receiving treatment at hospitals across the country.
According to the statement, from January 1 to November 2 this year, a total of 2,74,806 people have been affected by dengue across the country. Among them some 2,67,166 patients were released from different hospitals out of the total patients."
