Seven more people have succumbed to dengue in the last 24 hours till Wednesday morning, bringing the death toll to 1,432 this year.
During the period, 1,912 dengue patients were hospitalised across the country," the DGHS daily statement added.
A total of 6,413 dengue patients including 1,675 in the capital, are now receiving treatment at hospitals across the country.
According to the statement, from January 1 to November 8 this year, a total of 2, 85,505 people have been affected by dengue across the country. Among them 2, 77,660 patients were released from different hospitals.
