Seven more people have succumbed to dengue in the last 24 hours till Thursday morning, bringing the death toll to 1,577 this year.
During the period, 1,094 dengue patients were hospitalised across the country," the DGHS daily statement added.
A total of 4,124 dengue patients, including 1111 in the capital, are now receiving treatment at hospitals across the country.
According to the statement, from January 1 to November 23 this year, a total of 3, 05,792 people have been affected by dengue across the country. Among them 3, 00,091 patients were released from different hospitals.
