Having a good meal at lunchtime gives you a nice little health boost, and keep you full until afternoon. Preparing and deciding what to eat for lunch at the office is exhausting task. Make the dish at home the night before with an extra portion or two, which will serve you as your office lunch. Try to carry homemade food as much as possible. It not only save money but also make sure you have some nutritious food in your tummy. And we’ve got suggestions:
- Do not skip lunch. When you skip lunch, this could cause blood sugar levels to drop and it can lead to overeating later in the day.
- Opt for leftovers from last night's dinner

- Toss in one fruit and one vegetable. You can take an apple, orange, pear, banana or 1 cup of grapes, cherries or berries. Pack 1/2 cup veggies, such as baby carrots, grape tomatoes, sliced bell peppers or cucumber. If you need a dip, add a side of light dressing or yogurt
- Rice and noodles are a staple during lunchtime for most of the people
- Have eggs or French toast followed by vegetable stuffed parantha
- Salad is a great lunch that leaves us feeling refreshing
- Sandwich is a easy way to use up leftover chicken and it’s really quick to prepare
- Take one small bowl of oats or muesli
