15 more people have succumbed to dengue in the last 24 hours till Sunday morning, bringing the death toll to 1,408 this year.
During the period, 2,103 dengue patients were hospitalised across the country," the DGHS daily statement added.
Of them, 433 patients were hospitalised in Dhaka city and the rest outside the capital, the DGHS daily statement added.
A total of 6,704 dengue patients are now receiving treatment at hospitals across the country.
According to the statement, from January 1 to November this year, a total of 2,79,904 people have been affected by dengue across the country. Among them some 2,71,792 patients were released from different hospitals out of the total patients."
