Four more people died of dengue in the last 24 hours till Sunday morning, raising the number of fatalities from the mosquito-borne disease to 122 this year.
During the same period, 568 new patients were hospitalised with dengue, bringing the total number of infections to 31,476 since January, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
Last year, a total of 575 deaths from the dengue disease were reported.
