Jatiya Party Chairman GM Quader has called on President Mohammed Shahabuddin tonight at Bangabhaban in the capital.
He entered the president’s official residence, Bangabhaban, at 8pm on Tuesday.
A senior leader of Jatiya Party said it was just a courtesy meeting. President (Mohammed Shahabuddin) invited to GM Quader for a tea party. The party chairman accepted the invitation. Nothing else beyond that.
Political analysts believe that the meeting of Jatiya Party Chairman GM Quader with President Sahabuddin at Bangabhaban is very significant in view of the upcoming 12th National elections.
