Qualification
Education – A post-graduation degree in any discipline or equivalent
Minimum experience of 3-5 years in Anticipatory Action / DRR/ relief / recovery or development work with INGO / NGO/ or Government.
Knowledge and experience in Anticipatory Action, DRR, Cash Programming and Localization / Local Humanitarian Leadership
Demonstrate very strong leadership and management skills and ability to work in the team.
Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation, including post distribution monitoring and market monitoring.
Negotiation skills as well as sensitivity to cultural differences,
Commitment to equal opportunity, gender, and feminist principles.
Good communication, facilitation, and representation skills with MS office application
