Seven more children died with measles and measles-like symptoms in the last 24 hours till Sunday morning, bringing the total number of deaths to 620 since March 15.
With this, the total number of suspected measles deaths has jumped to 529, while the confirmed deaths have reached 91, it added.
A total of 1,287 suspected measles cases were recorded in 24 hours until Sunday morning, bringing the overall total to 79,012.
During the same period, 66 new confirmed measles cases were reported, bringing the total number of confirmed infections to 9,686.
Since March 15, a total of 64,263 suspected measles patients have been hospitalised, of whom 60,084 have recovered.
